Meet The Team

Afşın Avcı

Graduated from Boğaziçi University Management Information Systems department, Afşın Avcı was awarded with Best Business Blog award in 2009, and rated as 3rd in 2010 with his blog ChatterboxTR, which brings university students and professionals together to share their experiences. His graduation project was about how political parties in Turkey utilize web.

Between 2009 and 2014, he worked as country director of Berlin based global in-game advertising company SponsorPay in Turkey. The company, which later took up the name Fyber, was sold to RNTS Media in October for 190M $. During this period, he also contributed in foundation of one of the first social media agencies in Turkey, DF Istanbul. He also worked at Yemeksepeti for a special project for four months.

From the beginning of 2014, Avcı took up the role as country director of the Paris based advertising network Kwanko, and led it through Turkish market and managed its market growth in the country.

Afşın Avcı continues his career as managing partners of social media and digital marketing agency AFI Digital, and digital media planning company Bullseye Worldwide.

İpek Serdaroğlu

İpek was born in 1992 İstanbul/Turkey. She graduated from Saint Benoit High School. She started to her university life with SUNY program in Istanbul Technical University. Then, she went to State University of New York, New Paltz under the SUNY program for 6 months. After 2 years, she made a university transfer and graduated from Koç University Economics department. She knows English and French.

In her school years she was working as a digital media planning and buying trainee at Maxus, GroupM,WPP for 8 months. She worked actively as a part of digital media planning and buying team, preparing digital competition analysis, presentations, and media reports. Also, she is a member of Marketing Club in Koç University and joined actively sales and marketing case studies.

A year before graduation, she went to Cornetto Unichallenge Digital Student Affairs Training Camp which lasts two weeks at Boğaziçi University and organised by IAB. During the organization 3rd and 4th grade university students took courses about digital media and digital sector from professionals.

İpek started to work at Bullseye Worldwide in June 2016 as Jr. Ad Operations Specialist.

Emre Kiraz

Emre was born on the last day of 1988 in Istanbul. His childhood went by between games, animals, fruit trees and mostly games again. While he was growing up, he grew the idea of being an advertiser and after he graduated from Middle East Technical University, he knew what to do next.

Emre joined Universal McCann media agency in 2013. During his time at UM, Emre worked in offline and digital teams and responsible for planning and operation of online and offline campaigns, building up short and long term strategy, customer relations and reporting at every level. He supported different groups at different topics. UM was the professional playground for him.

Maxus was the next stop for Emre where he specialized in digital marketing. At Maxus, Emre worked as Digital Executive for 7 months and during that time, he carried out countless campaigns and built up strategies for different brands with different goals. He joined 4 conquer period with Maxus and 3 of them were achieved. Emre served the biggest brands of Maxus and tried to meet their goals with capable manner.

Emre joined Bullseye Worldwide in September 2015 as Ad Operations Specialist and since then he plays role in digital advertising campaigns from production to execution with great ambition.

Esra Asar

Esra Asar is graduated from Anadolu University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in 2003. She has several experiences in several sectors. She started her professional life in Akbank as a banker, after 2 years she started working in Dış Patent as a trademark and patent consultant from 2009 to 2011. She has comprehensive experience in finance and administration issues as she’s been working as finance and administration manager in both service and product sectors since 2011, respectively in companies Zanox, Communisis and now in Bullseye World Wide.

Sandra Kohen

Sandra Kohen was born in 1988 in Istanbul. She still continues her education at Anadolu University, Business Administration faculty. She started her career in Pixelplus Interactive as executive assistant in 2008 and after 2 years she became responsible of administrative affairs and pre­accountancy for 5 years. She works in Bullseye Worldwide since March 2016 as Finance and Administration Manager.

Hazal Okumuş

I was born in 1990 in Ordu/Turkey. I graduated from high school with a first degree. I was proud of that prize.

I graduated from Istanbul University business administration department. After graduation I started to work Mcd Digital as a junior digital adv sales. I was responsible for sales, operations and customer relations.

Then I started with Genart Media as a Sales Executive. I was responsible for sales and development all product like video, display and mobile site.

For improve my knowledge about mobile ad I started to work at Mezosfer media as a Senior Sales Executive. I responsible for mobile network . I had about mobile ad and technologies.

Since April 2016 I started to work as Customer Development Specialist at Bullseye Worldwide.
